Paris Studio:

Rental is by the week with there being no seasonal differential rates. The studio rents for 455 euros per week plus an additional one time charge of 30 euros for the final laundering of the linens. This includes a fully equipped studio suitable for one or two people. All bedding and towels are included. You are responsible for cleaning the studio at the end of your stay. While we used to have people take care of laundering the sheets and towels before departure, this is no longer feasible. The local laundromat has closed and the nearest one is a 15 minute walk from the studio. We are therefore including the cost of the final laundering of the linen. If your stay is one week, you will pay 485 euros and if your stay is 2 weeks, you will pay a total of 455 + 455 + 30 = 940 euros.

Short term rentals (three or more consecutive weeks) are possible at a rate of 455 euros per week for the first two weeks with subsequent weeks being 420 euros per week.

Local, national and many international phone calls are free (list available upon request). Calls to mobile phones and other "pay as you go" numbers are not free (06 and most 08 numbers). There is free high speed internet with either an ethernet cable or wifi depending on your computer. All electricity and hot water are included for weekly rentals.
