Rental is by the week with May, June, September and October being low season and July and August being high season.  Special short term rentals including the winter months are possible with different terms and can be done throughout the year.  Please see the above chart. Long term rentals of two months or more are possible. Please enquire for details.

All rentals of the Little House include a fully equipped house with bedding and towels. There is no telephone in the house but access to our telephone for long distance calls is possible at no charge. Long term rentals differ in that electricity and wood for the fireplace are not included. These items are paid for separately. Please enquire as to the rates for long term rentals (ie two months or more.)

You can now view pictures of the Loire Valley Little House. The main floor consists of a bedroom/bathroom and living/dining room and kitchen. It sleeps two people on the main floor but an additional person could sleep on the sofa in the livingroom. There is also an upstairs (accessible only from outside) that can sleep an additional 2 - 3 people. The upstairs is one large room with a vaulted ceiling. It has a small kitchen but no bathroom. There is an outside flush toilet at the back of the courtyard in a samll building. There is a large terraced area as well as an enclosed courtyard. In exceptional circumstances if two couples are coming together, we are willing to offer the use of our guest bedroom that has its own ensuite. The cost of adding this room to the rental of the Little House is 40 euros per night or 280 euros per week.
