Rental is by the week with there being no seasonal differential rates. The
flat rents for £200 per week or £300 for 2 consecutive weeks. This
includes a fully equipped apartment suitable for one or two people. A third/fourth
person could be accommodated on the fold out divan in the living room. There
is also a comfortable airbed that can be used as well. All bedding and towels
are included. You are responsible for cleaning and you are expected to launder
your own sheets and towels before you leave. There is a washer in the flat but
no dryer so you will have to go to the local laundromat on the morning of your
departure. You would need to leave Hastings in the afternoon so catching a flight
to Canada on the same day would be difficult.

Longer term rentals (three or four consecutive weeks) are possible at a rate
of £150 per week.
There is a television with dvd player in the flat. There is no telephone at
the present time but Pay As You Go mobile phones can be purchased in the Town
Centre for £20 which includes £20 of usage (we use Orange). There
is an internet place very close to the flat. All electricity and hot water are
included for weekly rentals.
